Black Tri Male H Cross Making Mayhem DNA-VP x H Cross Hellfire & Holy Water DNA-VP
Bodie is 11 weeks old and our last available pup. He is tagging along for farm chores and enjoying time with our kiddos. He is up-to-date on his vaccinations. Videos are posted to our Facebook page.
This is the second time we’ve made this cross and are looking forward to seeing these pups progress. These pups should make excellent working dogs. Our health and working guarantees can be found under “Litter Info” on our website. Pups are raised on the farm. They are handled daily by our family including our three young daughters. We try to safely expose the pups to as many sights, sounds and smells around the farm as possible before they leave. Pups will be vet examined and vaccinated at 6 weeks of age. We do microchip all of our puppies before they leave. We ground ship at buyer’s expense. Deposit is required to hold pup. Pups will be ready to go at 8 weeks of age on June 13, 2021.
Gus is a hard hitting natural head dog with no back-down in him. He is a very close & upright worker. He has the power to move a stubborn bull but is able to take it down a notch and move young calves with gentleness. He is an all-around farm dog and is trusted with the run of the farm. He has proven himself to be an irreplaceable farmhand from running coyotes out of the calving pasture to keeping stray dogs away from the flock of laying hens to baby sitting lonely goats & barn kittens. He has a natural ability to read a situation and keep himself out of trouble. He has a little stubborn streak but loves to please. He’s got the personality to take his cussing when he needs it and get back to work. He loves to be with his people no matter what task is getting done.
Tody has the heart & grit of a lion. She absolutely loves to work cattle! About 2 1/2 years ago unbeknownst to us she was suffering from a diaphragmatic hernia and with only about 25% lung function was still working cattle without missing a beat. Once her injury was discovered, she underwent emergency surgery and actually died on the operating table. The amazing vet staff continued working on her and she was brought back; however, once awake from surgery she was blind for the first 24 hours. She has since made a full recovery and is back to doing what she loves. She is by far the toughest dog we’ve ever had the pleasure of owning. She is naturally a very low heeler but will go to the head when needed. She tends to work with a bit more eye and has a very strong sense of group. Tody is a very high working drive dog and would be content to work all day long.
