Doc is beginning to put together a pretty incredible resume that follows in line with how his Sire and Dam’s career finished. WTCH Twin Oaks Double M The Vin Man PATDc – “Vinny”, Doc’s sire was a Finals Cattle champion. Meanwhile his dam HOF SDCH WTCH-X FTCH Sliding S Land’s End Sure Shot PATDcs RTDcs DNA-VP – “Oakley” is the latest of only four Supreme Champions.
Doc has won numerous High In Trials and High Combined in his young trialing career, including 2022 ASCA Nationals High Combined Open. He has a strong presence with his stock, while having enough finesse to work ducks. One of his strongest attributes is his biddability and ability to read his stock. He is comfortable working heads or heels as the needs present themselves. He enjoys work here on our cattle operation where we have a cow/calf operation. Many people can attest to Doc’s amazing personality.
Marley was my pick from our foundation female (Piper’s) first litter. Marley’s sire WTCH-X Sagecreek Kodiak Tuff Tyger OFTDcsd RTDcs DNA-VP “Ty/Tyger” is a strong cattle dog, who qualified and competed in 2021 Cattle Finals himself . Marley’s dam Hillside Pipe Dream DNA-VP “Piper” is the go to dog here on the ranch. Whether it be moving cattle from pasture to pasture, pen work or loading trailers, she can do it all. She is honestly the most biddable dog I’ve ever been around!
Although Marley is four years of age, she will start her arena trialing this spring/summer. I’m excited to finally get her in a competitive environment.
