I understand the rules of submission and if I am found to be in noncompliance - ie, submitting a litter without a reference or breeder membership - I waive my right to refund.

I also understand that if I am applying to be a member, my money will not be deposited until I am approved by committee and notified - and if I am not approved, I will be refunded. There are no refunds after submission for any other reason.
